Building Executive (Building Owner/Commercial/Grade A)

Job Description

• Conduct daily building inspections and follow up on defects, repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee soft services, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and carpark operations.
• Manage common facilities and term contractors.
• Coordinate M&E, fit-out and reinstatement works.
• Support fire safety, emergency response and drills.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and authorities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
