Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maximising cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand's products and collections to provide professional styling advice.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Support daily boutique operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and luxury service standards.

Key Requirements:

• Previous retailor customer service experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, premium retail, beauty, or hospitality.
• Passion forl uxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
• Well-groomed and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
