Mass communication Internship

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Mass Communications Intern to support our team in developing engaging UI/UX content, user guides, training videos and digital communication materials.

The intern will work closely with the project and technology teams to translate complex processes and system features into simple, engaging and user-friendly content. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are interested in digital communications, UI/UX, video production, content creation and technology.

Key responsibilities :

UI/UX & Digital Content

• Assist in developing and improving UI/UX content for internal platforms, applications and digital tools.
• Support the creation of user-friendly layouts, visual guides, icons, graphics and other digital assets.
• Work with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into clear and engaging visual content.
• Provide creative input on improving the overall user experience and presentation of digital platforms.

User Guides & Training Materials

• Create and maintain user guides, process guides, FAQs, quick reference guides and instructional materials.
• Simplify complex system processes and workflows into easy-to-understand content.
• Develop screenshots, annotations, illustrations and step-by-step instructions to support users.
• Ensure training materials are visually consistent, accurate and easy to follow.
