Are you a strategic talent specialist looking to partner with one of the Asia-Pacific region’s fastest-growing hyperscale data centre pioneers?
How you will contribute
In this high-impact 12-month contract role, you will sit at the center of innovation and strategy. Moving beyond operational sourcing, you will leverage market intelligence, talent analytics, and strategic advisory skills to partner directly with Senior Leaders.
Your responsibilities include
Strategic Advisory: Partner independently with enterprise stakeholders to diagnose talent challenges, present data-led market insights, and craft tailored talent strategies.
Data & Solution Analysis: Gather and analyze internal and external market intelligence to optimize talent acquisition processes and predict future skill requirements.
Stakeholder Influence: Build trusted relationships across executive teams, driving KPI/SLA alignment and steering continuous delivery improvement.
Process Innovation & Employer Branding: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and introduce modern candidate-experience tools.
Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a mentor for associate talent team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Your background & capabilities
Proven Experience: Senior-level experience as a Talent Advisor, Strategic Partner, or Senior TA Specialist, ideally within an RPO, MSP, or complex, fast-paced tech/infrastructure ecosystem.
Stakeholder Gravitas: Track record of operating as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders.
Data Fluency: Exceptional ability to translate market data, industry trends, and analytics into compelling talent solutions.
Strategic & Innovative Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement approach to talent delivery.
