• Guaranteed Base Pay: $2,000/month

• ION Flagship Allowance: Up to $2,000/month

• Gross Earning Potential: $3,500–$4,500+
  (Basic + Allowance + Uncapped Commission)

• Uncapped commission structure

💄 Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare and makeup products

• Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge

• Engage customers confidently and support the achievement of store sales targets

• Maintain a professional, well-presented and organised counter/store environment

• Assist with stock replenishment and daily retail operations

• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends and promotional campaigns

• Work closely with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
  

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup and customer service

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant or Beauty Retail Associate is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a positive and service-oriented attitude

• Comfortable engaging with customers and working towards sales targets

• Well-organised, responsible and able to work effectively in a team

• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
