Job Summary

Support the director in supervising daily waste management and construction operations, ensuring efficient logistics, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily waste management services and construction activities to ensure smooth operational flow and compliance with company standards
• Monitor logistics, transportation, and warehousing to optimize resource allocation and timely delivery
• Assign daily tasks to supervisors, operators, and mechanics to maintain productivity and operational efficiency
• Ensure proper daily disposal of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
• Mediate and resolve conflicts among employees to maintain a harmonious work environment
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs for heavy and light vehicles and machinery to minimize downtime
• Monitor workplace safety compliance to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Negotiate disposal and scrap rates with vendors to achieve cost-effective service agreements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the directors to support business objectives

• Job location: Tuas, Singapore
• Salary: S$ 6000/- per month (negotiable)
• Work week: 5.5 days (5 days negotiable)
