Preschool Centre Principal [EL]

• Develop and lead initiatives for the professional growth of educators.
• Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that nurtures both cognitive and emotional development.
• Ensure the Center’s curricula and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Strengthen and uphold the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
