Senior BIM Coordinator (Signage Systems) [EL]

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for signage and wayfinding systems using Autodesk Revit
• Create and manage parametric families, templates, and shared parameters
• Embed technical data such as materials, electrical loads, and installation specifications
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BCA BIM submission requirements
• Update models for as-built documentation and project handover
• Support automation using Dynamo scripting where applicable

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM, or related field
• 3–5+ years of BIM/Revit experience (signage, fit-out, or metal detailing preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) preferred
• Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination workflows
• Experience in Dynamo or Python is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
