Assistant Senior Site Supervisor

1. Site Management

· Assist the Senior Site Supervisor in planning, organizing, and directing daily site operations.

· Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

2. Team Coordination

• Collaborate with various teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Provide guidance and support to site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Safety Compliance

• Promote a culture of safety on-site by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and practices.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions, ensuring all team members are aware of safety procedures.
• Responsible for the safe work environment for the work area under your control.

4. Quality Control

• Oversee the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring that it meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, safety inspections, and incidents.
• Assist in preparing reports for project stakeholders, providing updates on site conditions and progress.

6. Problem Solving

• Identify and address potential issues that may impact project timelines or quality, proactively seeking solutions.
• Liaise with the Senior Site Supervisor / Construction Manager to escalate significant concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.

7. Other Duties

• To ensure compliance of Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
• To ensure full compliance with WSHA and its Regulations.
• Any other duties as instructed by the Management
