Product Specialist (Proteomics)

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and marketing of cell biology and proteomics instruments, chromatography products, and reagents in Singapore to support business growth
• Conduct technical sales visits, deliver product presentations, and provide expert consultation based on customers’ research needs
• Evaluate new technologies and develop targeted product marketing plans to increase market penetration
• Collaborate closely with Application Scientists and Service Engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Apply practical knowledge of protein research techniques, including chromatography, electrophoresis, Western blotting, and imaging, to support technical sales and customer enquiries

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
• Relevant laboratory, technical sales, application support, or product support experience
• Hands-on knowledge of protein research techniques and related laboratory instruments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a technical sales environment
