Creative Director

As Creative Director, you will lead the creative strategy for the venue, ensuring every campaign, partnership and guest touchpoint strengthens the brand while delivering measurable business results.

Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to:

• Own and evolve the overall brand identity, visual language, and tone of voice.
• Lead creative direction across campaigns, menus, packaging, social media, and in-store experience.
• Translate business and marketing goals into clear, compelling creative concepts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Oversee and guide internal creatives or external agencies to deliver high-quality work.
• Ensure all creative output reflects brand standards and resonates with target audience.
• Stay ahead of trends in F&B, design, and culture to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who understands that great hospitality brands are built through equal parts commercial thinking, operational partnership and cultural relevance.
• More than 10 years' experience in brand, marketing or commercial leadership.
• Experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, lifestyle, consumer or luxury brands.
• A genuine passion for food, beverage and hospitality.
• Strong commercial instincts and an ability to translate brand strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships and events.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building, mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
