M&E BIM Modeller
We are looking for an M&E BIM Modeller to support building services projects. Responsible for creating and updating M&E BIM models and drawings, coordinating with architectural/structural teams, and ensuring models meet project requirements.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Certificate in M&E, BIM, Engineering or related field
* Experience with Revit MEP / BIM modelling
* Knowledge of M&E services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
* Able to read technical drawings and work with project teams
* Relevant Singapore construction/BIM experience preferred
