About this job
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor bar operations stocks and/or inventory and ensure they are in good condition for guests to use
- Convey any message from management promptly to team members as per instructions such as executing all in-house and third party outlets' promotions or corporate initiatives
- Ensure service delivery standards in line with SOPs and ensure conformance by carrying out SOP audits and follow-up
- Take care of F&B service sand provide relevant correspondence to guest queries
- Be familiar with Food and Beverage Operation functionality and other related task
- To comply with all company and local laws for restaurant licensing & renewals
- To monitor and take corrective action to reduce waste, misuse and breakage
- Work with procurement for Restaurant Operations on all related item
- Duties as assigned by the Management Team
Requirements:
- Experience in a hotel industry or high-volume restaurant environment (preferred).
- Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking tools.
