HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.

• Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.

• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, drinking water, and amenities.

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.

• Report maintenance defects, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantries, lifts, and other assigned areas.

• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures at all times.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage, but no experience is welcome to apply.
