Bartender / Floor Crew

Lavi Taco is a contemporary Mexican taqueria built around bold flavours, good drinks, music and a lively social atmosphere. We’re a hospitality-driven brand at our core, and that extends beyond our guests to how we treat and support our team as well.

We’re looking for an energetic and personable Bartender / Floor Crew team member who can confidently work behind the bar while also supporting the floor during service.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely likes interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities

Bar

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages

• Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to our recipes and standards

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper setup of the bar

• Monitor bar stock and inform management of low-stock items

• Handle glassware, garnishes, ice and bar preparation before and during service

• Follow responsible alcohol service and food hygiene requirements

Floor & Guest Service

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service

• Serve food and drinks, and assist guests with menu recommendations

• Manage tables, clearing and resetting during busy service periods

• Support the team with reservations, walk-ins and seating when required

• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders

• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

• Work closely with the kitchen and floor team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

• Basic cocktail and alcohol knowledge is an advantage

• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with guests

• Able to multitask and stay organised during busy service

• Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude

• Willing to work both bar and floor duties

• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
