OIL AND GAS OPERATION

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sales and purchase contracts based on deal recaps.

Execute contracts by preparing the required internal and external documentation and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure shipments comply with company requirements, operating standards and applicable regulations.

Monitor vessel status and provide timely updates to relevant parties. Issue voyage orders, documentary instructions appoint inspectors and liaise with insurance companies where required.

Review cargo invoices, freight invoices and costing invoices before submission for management approval and payment processing.

Have a good understanding of derivatives and accurately incorporate derivative pricing into invoices.

Maintain timely and accurate operational records.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of operations experience in the Oil& Gas or commodities trading industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Good command of English both written and spoken.

Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparties, suppliers and overseas stakeholders where Chinese is the primary working language, and to review trade-related documents written in Chinese.

Strong communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.

Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
