• Oversee and coordinate multiple engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate personnel effectively to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals for new projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate and authorize significant changes affecting the project's scope, budget, or timeline.
• Lead complex or critical engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against established plans.
• Identify and address operational challenges to minimize delays.
• Select, mentor, and develop project team members with operational roles to help the organization meet its business objectives and adhere to relevant regulations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental safety standards, and consistently meet customer safety and quality specifications.
• Allocate financial and human resources to enhance productivity, while supervising project expenses and managing resources within budget constraints.
• Analyze and approve project investments that align with organizational needs.
