About Us:

Everton Estate Pte Ltd is a real estate agency based in Singapore, specializing in commercial and residential property sales and leasing. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to assist in our digital marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help with the design and execution of marketing materials (brochures, listings, flyers).
• Assist in website content updates and optimization.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and content shoots for listings.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Interest in real estate marketing is a bonus.
