Purchasing cum Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Order, liaise and follow up with suppliers
• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
• Request quotation and price negotiation with suppliers
• Assist with sourcing and selecting suppliers at the best costs, qualities, and services
• Manage purchase cycle and order quantities of all items, to ensure proper management and control of inventory
• Perform office administrative works and support the team
• Data Entry, Filing and manage inventory level
• Administrative tasks on ad-hoc basis

Job Requirement

• 5.5 days work week
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
• Min/preferred years of working experience: 1 year
• Able to start work within short notice period
• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Good negotiation skills to get the best price /quality ratio.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Outgoing personality, Strong in coordination pace environment
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Independent, resourceful, willing to learn and organized with positive work attitude
