Job Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor setup, withholding tax, commissions and month-end/year-end closing.
• Supervise and guide the AP Executive and outsourced service provider to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Prepare cash flow projections, AP reports, expense variance analysis, audit schedules and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, EduTrust requirements and external audit requirements.
• Partner with internal departments, vendors and the General Ledger team to resolve operational issues and improve AP processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with at least 5–7 years of Accounts Payable or finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with Navision or a similar ERP accounting system.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively under tight reporting deadlines.
