Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional makeup and beauty consultations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable makeup, skincare and beauty products.
• Demonstrate product features, application techniques and suitable beauty routines.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the counter is clean and well-organised.

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in makeup, beauty and cosmetics, with a passion for customer service.
• Good communication, interpersonal and sales skills with a confident and pleasant personality.
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail or sales will be an advantage.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and recommending products to customers.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and at islandwide locations.
