Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalised fashion consultation and recommend suitable clothing based on customers’ preferences and requirements.
• Promote and sell tailored suits, shirts and fashion products to achieve sales targets.
• Take customer measurements and coordinate with the tailoring team for fitting and alterations.
• Follow up with customers on fittings, alterations and order collection.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Maintain product presentation and ensure the showroom is well-organised.

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in fashion, tailoring and customer-facing sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and service-oriented personality.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, tailoring or sales will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with sales targets, customer consultations and commission-based incentives.
• Professional appearance with good attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
