Job Summary

Execute daily kitchen operations to prepare and present food that meets quality standards, maintain hygiene compliance, and collaborate with team members to deliver a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily kitchen tasks to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service quality
• Prepare and present food according to established standards to maintain high quality
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to comply with food safety regulations such as NEA guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to support efficient food preparation and service
• Stay informed about menu items and ingredient details to assist in accurate food preparation
• Assist colleagues with kitchen duties as needed to support overall kitchen operations
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable dining experience for guests

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant culinary experience
• Culinary certification or diploma
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills demonstrated in kitchen settings
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop professionally
