Job Summary

You will support daily accounting operations by managing invoices, payments, payroll, and filing to ensure accurate financial records and smooth office communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly to support office communication
• Open and process invoices and delivery orders for daily sales to maintain accurate sales records
• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of financial documents
• Prepare payments and cheques accurately to support timely vendor settlements
• Process monthly CPF contributions to comply with statutory requirements
• Manage monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation
• Work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm

Required competencies and certifications

• ITE/ Diploma in Account or equivalent
• Knowledge of using use of Microsoft office excel and MYOB accounting software
