Project Operations Support Manager

Responsible for operational readiness and pre-operations planning for the redevelopment and redeployment of the FPSO/ Lead the integration of operations requirements throughout engineering, construction, commissioning, transit and first-oil preparation phases, ensuring the asset, organisation and support systems are ready for safe operations.

Responsibilities & Achievements

• Develop and implement the Operations Readiness Plan, manning strategy, competency
• assurance framework and operational support model.
• Coordinate readiness activities across vessel transit, dry dock, conversion yard, commissioning, sea trials and field deployment phases.
• Manage interfaces between operations, project, client, shipyard, OEM vendors, marine assurance and regulatory stakeholders.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, crew mobilisation and organisational readiness for future operations.
• Direct risk management, readiness reviews, operational procedures, maintenance strategy development and assurance activities supporting first oil.
• Directed vessel operational readiness activities associated with disconnection, transit, drydocking, shipyard interfaces, recommissioning and return-to-service programmes.
• Led the development and review of operational procedures, emergency response arrangements, sea trial programmes, blackout recovery testing and vessel acceptance criteria prior to handover and deployment.
