About this job
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models and prepare shop drawings for authority submission and construction purposes.
- Update 3D models based on the latest project information and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Use Revit or Navisworks to identify, and report design clashes to the Site Team.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules.
- Support the BIM Team in BIM, VDC, and IDD Initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or BCA equivalent Diploma.
- 3 years of relevant experience in BIM and local construction industry (experience with contractor firms preferred).
- Must possess prior modeling experience in both Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit & Navisworks. Autodesk / BCA Certificate is a plus.
