Golf Coaches / Golf Instructors

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Golf Coaches/Instructors to deliver professional coaching and training to clients of varying skill levels, using technology and AI tools to enhance performance and provide tailored development programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group golf coaching sessions to improve clients’ skills and techniques
• Assess students’ golfing abilities to design and implement customized training programs
• Provide technical coaching on golf swing, short game, putting, and overall playing techniques to enhance performance
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain detailed training and performance records
• Manage relationships with regular students and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
• Organize and conduct golf clinics, training programs, and related activities to promote skill development
• Utilize technology and data analysis to evaluate golf performance and improve coaching effectiveness
• Apply AI-based tools for golf swing analysis and performance data interpretation to support coaching decisions
• Prepare coaching records, reports, and relevant documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word

Required competencies and certifications

• Membership in the Singapore Professional Golfers' Association (SPGA)
• Relevant professional golf coaching/instructor qualification and experience
• Proven experience managing a substantial base of regular and active students/clients, preferably 50 or more
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for preparing coaching documentation
• Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for golf swing and data analysis

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and playing strategies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients
• Ability to work independently and conduct coaching sessions professionally

Other Information

• Employment Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Salary: S$7,000 – S$8,000 per month for full-time positions, plus attractive allowances and performance incentives. Part-time positions offer competitive remuneration and incentives.
