Order Management / Customer Service (FMCG, 5.5 days)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the FMCG sector to hire an Order Management / Customer Service to support its growing operations in Singapore.

This role will manage B2B customer orders from order receipt through fulfilment, while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: 5.5-day work week
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus

The Job:

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities and delivery requirements
• Coordinate order fulfilment and deliveries with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams
• Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, availability, lead times and order status
• Prepare quotations and relevant customer/order documentation as required
• Handle order discrepancies, returns, exchanges and post-delivery customer matters
• Process system and administrative transactions relating to order fulfilment, invoicing and delivery
• Support customer service and order management process improvements where applicable

The Talent:

• Minimum 2-4 years of B2B Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Order Fulfilment experience, preferably within FMCG
• Hands-on experience in customer order processing and coordination with warehouse/logistics operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Process or workflow improvement experience will be an added advantage
