Operations Crew – Singapore Wake Park

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only

• No academic qualifications required – comprehensive training provided

• Friendly with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work 6 days week and weekends and public holidays

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

• Passion for watersports is a bonus, but not required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the cable ski system safely and efficiently

• Brief riders on safety rules and park procedures

• Assist riders with starts, falls, and general enquiries

• Monitor rider behaviour and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness of the operating area

• Assist with the issuance and collection of rental equipment (helmets, life vests, boards, etc.)

• Help maintain rental equipment in good condition

• Support daily opening and closing procedures

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day park operations
