We are representing our client, a well-established FMCG retailer, to look for a highly experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the full spectrum of supply chain and logistics functions so as to enable Business Units to pursue sales and market growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and logistics strategy that supports business growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure the right products are available at the right place, time, and quantity to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement in lead time, cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service quality.
- Optimize supply chain processes across both offline and online channels to achieve cost-effectiveness and agility.
- Manage supply chain budgets and performance metrics, including availability, cost, and stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align on business priorities.
- Build and develop a high-performing team to strengthen organizational capability and responsiveness.
- Leverage data analytics and tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adopt relevant best practices to strengthen the company’s competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations within a large-scale organisation in the retail industry.
- Strong experience in driving process improvements and implementing supply chain transformation initiatives to support business growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective supply chain strategies and solutions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and digital tools to enhance operational performance.
- Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and driving organisational change.
- A hands-on leader with strong communication skill and ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
