🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Plan and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and enhance operational performance.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and develop strategies to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Support product costing activities, including material, labor, and overhead cost analysis.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations.
• Review and improve logistics processes, warehouse operations, inventory flow, and material movement within the manufacturing environment.
• Conduct capacity planning, line balancing, manpower optimization, and resource allocation.
• Develop manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports to support operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and industrial engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience in logistics processes and systems within manufacturing operations.
• Experience in manufacturing process analysis and product costing.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
