Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up of wastewater treatment systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process-related issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and performance evaluations to ensure optimal plant operation.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Recommend process improvements and system upgrades to enhance plant efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures.
• Provide emergency breakdown support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in servicing or maintaining wastewater treatment, water treatment, industrial utilities, or process equipment.
• Familiarity with pumps, motors, blowers, valves, dosing systems, filtration equipment, RO systems, UF systems, PLCs, and instrumentation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes such as biological treatment, membrane filtration, activated sludge, MBR, UF, or RO will be highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for servicing and commissioning.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
