What You'll Be Doing

• Promote and provide technical support for wastewater treatment equipment and solutions.
• Understand customers' process requirements and recommend suitable products and system solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical seminars for customers.
• Liaise closely with Engineering, Project, Service, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide product training and after-sales technical support to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Attend customer meetings and conduct site visits when required.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in wastewater treatment, water treatment, process engineering, environmental engineering, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes such as:Biological TreatmentMembrane Filtration (UF/RO)ClarificationSludge DewateringChemical DosingFiltration SystemsPumps, Valves, and Instrumentation
• Experience in technical sales, product management, or application engineering is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
