What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (where applicable).
