We are seeking a Product Specialist to promote and support food flavour and fragrance processing equipment, working closely with customers to recommend innovative solutions for the food manufacturing industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies used by leading food, beverage, flavour, fragrance, and ingredient manufacturers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and provide technical support for food flavour and fragrance processing equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Food & Beverage (F&B), flavour, fragrance, and ingredient manufacturing industries.
• Understand customers' production processes and recommend suitable equipment and process solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and equipment trials.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and after-sales technical support with internal engineering teams.
• Provide product training to customers and distributors.
• Work closely with overseas principals and manufacturers on product updates and new technologies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:Food ScienceFood TechnologyChemical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringBiotechnologyProcess EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringOr related disciplines
• Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product management is an advantage.
• Good understanding of food manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and product demonstrations.
