Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in steel fabrication and structural steel manufacturing? Do you thrive in managing production operations while coordinating seamlessly with site teams to ensure successful installation and project completion?

If you have hands-on experience with CNC cutting machines, laser cutting systems, robotic welding, fabrication equipment, and enjoy overseeing projects from factory production through on-site installation, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the steel fabrication production facility to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Manage manufacturing processes involving:CNC Cutting MachinesLaser Cutting MachinesRobotic Welding SystemsWelding & Fabrication EquipmentPlate Processing MachinesSteel Assembly & Fabrication Lines
• Plan and optimize production schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Site Teams to ensure timely fabrication and installation.
• Liaise with construction sites to coordinate steel structure deliveries, installation schedules, manpower, and project progress.
• Monitor fabrication quality and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise production supervisors, machine operators, welders, and fabrication personnel.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with WSH regulations, ISO standards, and company safety policies.
• Manage production resources, machine maintenance schedules, and material utilization.
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in steel fabrication, structural steel manufacturing, or heavy engineering.
• Proven experience managing fabrication workshops and production operations.
• Strong knowledge of:CNC Cutting MachinesLaser Cutting MachinesRobotic Welding SystemsSteel Fabrication EquipmentStructural Steel Manufacturing Processes
• Experience coordinating with construction sites for steel installation and project execution.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and structural steel shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding standards, fabrication tolerances, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and production planning is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
