🔧 Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair cooling and heating systems, ensuring reliable operation.
• Maintain compressed air systems, vacuum systems, and utility equipment.
• Inspect, monitor, and maintain cleanroom and non-cleanroom ACMV systems.
• Carry out routine inspections of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, compressors, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor facility performance through Building Management Systems (BMS) and respond promptly to alarms.
• Coordinate with contractors during servicing, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Participate in equipment improvement and continuous reliability initiatives.
• Support emergency breakdown response to minimize equipment downtime.

✅ Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Experience in maintaining one or more of the following:Cooling & Heating SystemsChillersCooling TowersAir CompressorsVacuum SystemsACMV SystemsCleanroom UtilitiesBuilding Services Equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Willing to perform shift work if required.

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with:Cleanroom FacilitiesSemiconductor or Manufacturing FacilitiesPharmaceutical or Chemical PlantsBuilding Management System (BMS)HVAC / ACMV SystemsPumps and MotorsUtility Equipment
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or EHS standards is an advantage.
