What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Maintain and optimize facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, CDA, vacuum, chilled water, DI water, and process gas systems.

✅ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

✅ Troubleshoot facility-related issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

✅ Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance, servicing, and project execution.

✅ Support facility improvement initiatives, energy-saving projects, and equipment upgrades.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, Chemical, or related Engineering disciplines.

✔ Experience in facilities engineering, building services, or utility systems within the semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, wafer fabrication, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

✔ Knowledge of facility systems such as HVAC, chilled water, compressed dry air (CDA), DI water, vacuum, process gas, electrical distribution, or cleanroom operations.

✔ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
