We're looking for a Regional Sales Support Assistant Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our regional sales operations across Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative automation, control, and sensing technologies while collaborating with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Provide regional sales support to distributors, customers, and the sales team across multiple countries.
• Prepare quotations, manage pricing, and coordinate order processing.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and regional marketing initiatives.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely commercial support.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support regional business development initiatives and strategic sales activities.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Commercial Support within the industrial automation or engineering sector.
• Experience in automation, industrial control, sensors, PLCs, factory automation, instrumentation, or related technologies is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is an advantage.
• A proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
• Comfortable supporting regional customers and working across different time zones when required.
