We are seeking a CAD/CAM Engineer to join a well-established high-precision manufacturing company serving industries such as Semiconductor, Medical, Aerospace, and Industrial Automation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CAD models and CAM programs for precision machining.
• Develop machining strategies for CNC milling and turning operations.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve manufacturability (DFM) and process efficiency.
• Support tooling selection, fixture design, and process optimization.
• Ensure engineering drawings comply with GD&T and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve quality and productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, NX CAM, HyperMill, Autodesk Fusion 360, or similar.
• Familiarity with CNC machining, machining processes, and precision manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and DFM principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
