📍 Position: Tooling Engineer

📍 Location: Singapore

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and improve tooling, jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and tooling optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to implement process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure tooling complies with engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
✅ Experience in tooling design, precision machining, CNC manufacturing, or high-precision manufacturing.
✅ Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar.
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, and manufacturing best practices is an advantage.
