We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will play a key role in ensuring machine reliability, optimizing production processes, and supporting automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

🔹 Support machine installation, commissioning, and process validation activities.

🔹 Diagnose and modify PLC programs to improve equipment performance and reliability.

🔹 Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements.

🔹 Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🔹 Coordinate with vendors and external contractors on equipment servicing and upgrades.

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements:

✔ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.

✔ Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

✔ Hands-on experience with automated machinery and production equipment.

✔ Knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).

✔ Familiarity with automation controls, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
