Architectural Assistant

About The Role

• You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team.
• Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models
• Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle
• Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
• Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience preferred

• Experience in Public Housing projects preferred

• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices

• Conversant with local codes & regulations

• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit

• Good communication skills and positive attitude
