Half-day Preschool English Teacher

We are hiring preschool teachers for MapleBear Upper Bukit Timah near Beauty World MRT. If you have a genuine passion for early childhood education and aspire to make a lasting impact on young minds, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and deliver teaching programme in accordance with the policies and philosophy of MapleBear
• Implement prescribed curriculum and prepare necessary teaching resources
• Set up a vibrant, engaging, and pleasant classroom that encourages self-directed learning and growth
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address children’s educational and developmental needs individually
• Complete progress reports each semester for every child
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in your respective classroom through routine care duties
• Be responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations and learning environment of the classroom
• Work closely with other teaching staff to deliver a cohesive and supportive educational experience
• Guide and supervise any assistant teacher in the class
• Build and maintain a good rapport with parents and provide daily updates on each child via the communication app
• Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks, SOPs, and policy manual

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and above
• L1/L2 ECDA certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine love and passion for nurturing and educating young children
• Positive attitude with a desire for self-improvement
• Able to cover morning half-day shift
