About this job

Most healthcare marketing is forgettable. Your job is to make ours impossible to ignore for the right reasons.

A brand can buy reach. It cannot buy trust.

Trust is earned through what people see, hear, experience, remember and say to one another. It is built through authentic content, credible social proof, cultural relevance and consistent human connection.

Arkstone Healthcare is looking for an unconventional Social Growth & Brand Reputation Lead who understands how public perception is formed, and how an unfamiliar healthcare brand becomes one that people recognise, trust and talk about.

You must know how to:

  • Build communities

  • Earn attention

  • Shape public perception

  • Strengthen social credibility

  • Turn trust into sustainable organic growth

You will work directly with our CEO to grow and strengthen the reputation of multiple healthcare brands.

This Is Not a Traditional Performance-Marketing Role

Your primary growth strategy will not be increasing advertising budgets, constructing predictable funnels or producing conventional corporate campaigns.

You will use:

  • Social media

  • Storytelling

  • Community participation

  • Patient education

  • Cultural observation

  • Creative experimentation

  • Social proof

  • Human behaviour

We are looking for an experienced growth marketer who has worked in a startup environment and understands how to produce meaningful results without a large team, agency or production budget.

You MUST move fast. More importantly, you must know how to move fast without becoming careless.

What You Will Take Charge Of

You will:

  • Lead the organic growth of our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, RED/Xiaohongshu and Lemon8 channels across multiple brands

  • Identify the platforms, communities and emerging channels where our audiences are spending their attention

  • Develop content concepts that make healthcare brands relatable, memorable and culturally relevant

  • Turn everyday clinic activities, patient questions, clinician insights and team moments into compelling content

  • Identify conversations, trends and audience behaviours that our brands can participate in meaningfully

  • Develop customer-acquisition strategies that do not depend solely on paid advertising

  • Build social proof through patient education, team personalities, behind-the-scenes content and authentic brand storytelling

  • Strengthen public perception through consistent, credible and responsible communication

  • Experiment rapidly with hooks, formats, narratives, personalities and distribution strategies

  • Develop repeatable content formats instead of relying on occasional viral posts

  • Track what works, understand why it worked and apply those lessons quickly

  • Work closely with clinicians, marketing and operations teams to capture content on the ground

  • Respond intelligently to audience feedback and emerging reputation risks

  • Ensure communications remain accurate, responsible and compliant with the Healthcare Services Act, Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations and other applicable professional guidelines

The Person We Are Looking For

You are bold, observant, resourceful and tenaciously creative.

You understand that marketing is not simply about making attractive content. It is about understanding:

  • What people notice

  • What they believe

  • What they remember

  • What they share

  • Who they trust

  • What motivates them to take action

You may have a slightly mischievous or contrarian streak, but you use it intelligently, ethically and with good judgement.

You are likely someone who:

  • Has previously grown a brand in a startup or bootstrapped environment

  • Sees content opportunities that other people overlook

  • Understands internet culture without trying too hard to appear trendy

  • Can explain why a piece of content will—or will not—capture attention

  • Is willing to challenge conventional healthcare marketing

  • Can make serious subjects interesting without making them irresponsible

  • Has strong instincts for storytelling, human behaviour and public perception

  • Is comfortable experimenting, failing quickly, learning and trying again

  • Is resourceful enough to create results without requiring a large production budget

  • Is comfortable appearing on camera and directing clinicians or team members on camera

  • Can build genuine relationships with audiences instead of merely broadcasting at them

  • Is willing to get your hands dirty and execute ideas personally

  • Takes ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions

  • Can balance speed, creativity, accuracy and professional responsibility

You do not need to have every answer before starting.

You do need the courage to test ideas, the discipline to study the results and the judgement to know where creativity must stop and professional responsibility begins.

This Role Is Not for You If

  • You only want to manage paid advertisements

  • You require an agency or production team to execute every idea

  • You prefer lengthy approval chains and predictable routines

  • You copy trends without understanding why they work

  • You measure success only through likes and follower counts

  • You are uncomfortable appearing on camera or directing others on camera

  • You believe healthcare marketing must always feel formal, distant or corporate

  • You wait to be given ideas instead of actively finding opportunities

  • You use fake reviews, misleading claims, manufactured controversy or deceptive engagement tactics

  • You confuse moving quickly with producing careless work

How Success Will Be Measured

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Organic reach among relevant audiences

  • Qualified audience and community growth

  • Engagement quality rather than vanity metrics alone

  • Growth in branded searches, direct enquiries and patient acquisition

  • Improvement in brand sentiment, recognition and social credibility

  • Consistency, speed and quality of content production

  • Development of repeatable organic content formats

  • Ability to turn audience insights into better content and business decisions

  • Contribution to the reputation and commercial growth of our healthcare brands

  • Ability to experiment rapidly while remaining accurate and compliant

Why Join Arkstone Healthcare?

  • Influence how multiple growing healthcare brands are positioned and perceived

  • Work directly with our CEO and have your ideas considered and executed without unnecessary layers

  • Join an energetic and ambitious team that values ownership, experimentation and momentum

  • Receive room to challenge assumptions and test ideas that would rarely survive inside a conventional corporate marketing department

  • Build brands from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work

  • Help make healthcare communication clearer, more human and more relevant

  • Build brands that become impossible to ignore for all the right reasons
