🎓 Student Management Officer

💰 Salary: $2,500–$2,600/month
📅 Contract: 1 Jan 2027 – 31 May 2027
🔄 Option to extend for another 9.5 months

📌 Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in student management, discipline or a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, meticulous and able to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office, email and Google tools

🏫 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and checks around the school premises and nearby areas
• Engage and support students, including those who may require additional support
• Assist with disciplinary investigations, documentation and intervention programmes
• Support detention, in-house suspension and student-at-risk programmes
• Engage with parents and students when required

⏰ Working Hours

Mon–Thu: 7:00am–4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Fri: 7:00am–4:00pm (1-hour lunch)
🚫 No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
