About this job
Responsibilities :
- Perform failure analysis using various tools and instruments such as digital multimeter,digital microscope,electrical testing equipment.
- Perform Destructive Analysis (cross section, tear down, decapsulation)
- Able to perform part removal process (desoldering process, tool cutting pcb)
- Willing to learn and operate X-ray machine and SEM/EDX.
- Feedback the Failure Analysis findings to engineer for investigation and report compilation.
Requirements :
- Nitec or Diploma in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in electronic manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
- Entry level in relevant engineering field are welcome to apply.
- Basic MS office skills and computer skills.
- 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.15 pm)
- Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station.
