Job Summary

Join Whiskdom as a Full-Time Store Manager at Beauty World, leading daily café operations, driving sales performance, and building a strong team culture, all while ensuring every customer enjoys an excellent food, beverage, and service experience. This role requires a 5 or 6 day work week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service, consistent food and beverage quality, and a positive customer experience
• Lead, train, and schedule the café crew, providing coaching and support to build a motivated, high-performing team
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination to ensure ingredients and supplies are always available
• Monitor sales performance, manage cash handling and reconciliation, and support efforts to meet revenue and cost targets
• Ensure the café consistently meets health, safety, and hygiene standards, and that all staff follow proper food handling procedures
• Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure the store is audit- and inspection-ready at all times
• Collaborate with management and other outlets to align on operational standards, promotions, and business initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food and beverage or retail environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and basic P&L
• Passion for quality food, coffee, and delivering excellent customer service
• Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
