Architectural Assistance

Job Description

• Assist Architects in the preparation and development of architectural designs, drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist in preparing drawings and documents for statutory and authority submissions, ensuring that submission requirements are met.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and information with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Attend project and consultant coordination meetings where required and assist in recording and following up on project matters.
• Assist with project administration and other architectural duties as assigned by the Project Architect or management.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required project timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience in an architectural consultancy or construction environment will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with architectural design principles, construction documentation, and statutory submission processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
