Beauty Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and customer-oriented Beautician to provide a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and a relaxing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' skin types, concerns, and aesthetic goals to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
• Perform professional beauty services including facials, advanced skincare treatments, eyelash extensions, tints, lifts, eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing, tinting, hair removal (waxing or IPL), manicures, pedicures, and nail care
• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, workstations, and treatment rooms to comply with health and safety regulations
• Educate clients on skincare and beauty maintenance to recommend retail products that complement their treatments
• Assist with booking appointments, greeting clients, managing inventory of beauty supplies, and maintaining accurate client records
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and high satisfaction rates
• Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, client confidentiality, and a calming environment
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks required for treatments

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid certification, diploma, or license in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working in a professional salon, spa, or aesthetic clinic

• Proficiency in performing a range of beauty services with a gentle touch and precise technique
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
